Supply Chain Professionals Class to be Held at ASI

Fort Collins, Colo., Nov. 3, 2009 - - From November through April, Accounting Systems, Inc. will be hosting supply chain management classes run by Transformance Advisors and the International Supply Chain Education Alliance. The classes are designed to help unemployed supply chain management professionals improve their skills and receive CSCA certification to improve their resumes.

The course is being offered at a reduced cost in light of the current economy. The cost is $50, down from the original price of $250. The lower fee was made possible by contributions from ISCEA, APICS Northern Colorado, Transformance Advisors, and other organizations.

"Some of these unemployed supply chain mangers have found jobs as a result of earning their CSCA designation,” said Mike Loughrin, CLM, CSCM, CSCP, Director at ISCEA, and CEO of Transformance Advisors, Inc. “We are delighted that we can help our members during this time of need. In addition, the hiring companies have been able to recruit very talented and experienced supply chain professionals."
