Columbine Health Systems and Home Helpers Announce New Partnership to Form Caring Solutions, LLC
Non-medical home care agency to expand services in Northern Colorado

Fort Collins, CO, May 29, 2009 -Two leaders of senior care services in Northern Colorado have joined to create a new non-medical home care agency.

Melanie Keech, president of Home Helpers and Bob Wilson, owner/operator of Columbine Health Systems combined their expertise, experience and resources to open a non-medical home care agency, Caring Solutions, LLC.

Columbine Health Systems began as a single nursing home in 1971. The unprecendented development of the company during the past 38 years has grown the organization to 22 businesses. The health care components include: independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing/rehab facilites, medical home care, pharmacy services, medical equipment, and out patient therapy. Included in the offerings are Café Columbine & Bakery, the Drake Centre, and a health club – the Lifetstyle Centre.

Keech started Home Helpers in 2005 with the goal of raising the standards of non-medical home care. Serving Northern Colorado, Caring Solutions,LLC offers personalized care that is affordable and dependable for clients whether they are at home, a retirement community, skilled or rehab center, or a hospital.

Caring Solutions, LLC will continue to provide the same services and maintain the same clients, caregivers, office staff, and management team as Home Helpers offered. Keech states “this relationship will allow us to be more proactive in our assessment and delivery of our services; provide additional services and products; and to be more focused in the training our caregivers”
