With Build-up at Other Two Colorado Airports, Denver-Las Vegas Flights to End

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE? Tuesday, November 25, 2003

Las Vegas, NV ? Low fare airline Allegiant Air today announced that in February it will increase service on three of its routes to Las Vegas due to strong demand and will lower fares to further attract customers to the new flights. Starting Feb. 11, Allegiant will add Wednesday flights to its Las Vegas?Des Moines and Las Vegas?Ft. Collins/Loveland schedules. The airline currently operates flights on Thursday, Friday, Sunday and Monday in both markets. The airline inaugurated service on both routes earlier this year: Des Moines?Las Vegas service started June 19, and Ft. Collins/Loveland?Las Vegas service started July 31. Advertised fares between Des Moines and Las Vegas now start as low as $89 each way on the new flights, down from the previous advertised low fare of $109. Advertised fares as low as $69 each way are now being offered between Ft. Collins/Loveland and Las Vegas on the new flights, down from $99. Lower web-only promotional fares are also available on the airline?s website.

Allegiant said it will also add a second roundtrip flight on Thursday, Friday, Sunday and Monday between Colorado Springs and Las Vegas starting Feb. 12, operating two flights a day on the peak departure days on the route. The airline will continue to operate one roundtrip a day on the route on Wednesday and Saturday. Advertised fares between Colorado Springs and Las Vegas are as low as $69 each way on the new flights, down from $99, and lower fares may be available online at the airline?s website. Allegiant began service to Colorado Springs in February, 2002

?The new flights and added capacity will be in time for the beginning of the peak spring travel season to Las Vegas,? said Mark Peterson, VP, Marketing & Sales for Allegiant. ?We are very pleased with our early performance in both the Des Moines and Ft. Collins/Loveland markets, and the new flights will give customers even more low fare choices for travel to Las Vegas. Our Colorado Springs service continues to prove very popular to Eastern Slope travelers. Many are finding our Colorado Springs service an attractive and affordable alternative to flying from DIA, which is also the case for those finding Fort Collins/Loveland a convenient new alternative.? Allegiant said it will cease the four flights per week it has been operating between Denver and Las Vegas on Jan. 6. The airline began Denver-Las Vegas service in July. Marginal traffic on the route and the capacity build-up in Colorado Springs and Ft. Collins/Loveland led to the planned suspension of service, the airline said. Denver customers holding reservations will be offered alternative flights from Colorado Springs or Ft. Collins/Loveland to Las Vegas, or full refunds.

The airline?s charter service from DIA to vacation destinations in Mexico on behalf of Apple Vacations will continue unaffected.

Allegiant Air customers can make reservations for the new flights on its website, through professional travel agents or by calling its reservations center at 888-594-6937. Allegiant Vacations complete air and hotel vacation packages can be purchased online, through travel agents or by calling 800-432-3810. Allegiant features a choice of 20 Las Vegas hotel properties in its vacation package program.

Allegiant Air fares quoted are subject to availability and may not be available on all flights. Fares do not include PFC?s, segment fees and security fees up to $10.50 per segment. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Since February of this year, Allegiant Air has added five new routes linking Las Vegas with cities in the West and Midwest, entered long-term charter contracts for service to Reno/Lake Tahoe and Laughlin, Nevada as well as vacation destinations in Mexico and the Dominican Republic, ordered and taken delivery of additional aircraft, recruited airline industry veterans to key executive positions and relocated its corporate and operations headquarters to Las Vegas.
