The Aspen Business Group announced today that a series of Executive Workshops will be offered to provide business owners and managers with information regarding a proven management system to increase profits while becoming better executives.

The workshops will be held Thursday, September 4th from 8:30 to 10am at the Fort Collins Chamber of Commerce at 225 S. Meldrum St. in Fort Collins, and Thursday, October 2nd from 8:30 to 10:00 am at the Loveland Chamber of Commerce 5400 Stone Creek Circle in Loveland. There is a cost of $25 per person attending, however, a free personal consulting session worth up to $500 will be offered to all attendees.

The focus of the workshops will be on providing concrete examples on how to be a better manager/ leader and showing the benefits of using the management system to increase productivity and improve profitability.

Business benefits realized by people using the system have included up to 30 % profitability improvements, translating strategic business goals into tactical employee objectives, motivating employees to produce extraordinary results, enhancing teamwork and overall customer/ employee satisfaction and reducing the costly issues associated with high turnover.
