Business After Hours is a monthly or sometimes twice monthly networking mixer. Business After Hours are co-hosted by the Fort Collins Area Chamber of Commerce and a hosting Chamber member at the member's place of business from 5:30-7:30 p.m. Business After Hours usually draws in 150-250 individuals but some events see more than 450 people! Business Before Hours is a monthly mixer held every other month. Business Before Hours are co-hosted by the Fort Collins Area Chamber of Commerce and a hosting Chamber member at the member's place of business from 7:30-9a.m. Business Before Hours usually draws in 540-75 individuals. Envision: Young Professionals is a program created by the Fort Collins Area Chamber of Commerce to provide dynamic, forward-thinking advocacy and issue-based events that introduce key community leaders, concepts and opportunities specifically targeted to the networking, professional and personal development needs of upcoming professionals in Northern Colorado. The Chamber's annual golf tournament is held at a City of Fort Collins or private golf course each year at the end of August. Attendees enjoy relaxing on the links while networking with other golfers. The Tournament includes a shotgun start at noon and ending with prizes and dinner. This service gives businesses an opportunity to promote their official grand opening in a convenient and exciting manner. Items in the Business Grand Opening Package will be provided by the Fort Collins Area Chamber of Commerce and include a "Grand Opening" banner, oversized ceremonial scissors and a red ribbon and the posting of opening on the Chamber's online Press Page and Events Calendar. Services are valued at $400, but members pay only $50. For an additional $100, receive a one-time use of membership mailing list. Knowledge Bites is the Chamber's innovative and creative lunch n' learn program. All Knowledge Bites events focus solely on marketing based topics. Chamber members who are experts in their fields teach other Chamber members over the lunch hour. All Knowledge Bites programs are held at the Chamber's building from 11 a.m.-1:30p.m. Cost to attend is $15/lunch for Chamber members and $20 for non-members. Maximize your membership by joining one of the Chamber's four networking Leads Groups. Networking is a valuable opportunity for business people to promote their company and make new relationships. There are four Groups that focus on exchanging leads, networking and building relationships with other members in the business community. Members find the Leads Groups great for gaining new contacts, as well as expanding their customer base. Each Group meets twice a month at the Chamber of Commerce located at 225 S. Meldrum. Meetings usually last anywhere from 1 to 1½ hours. That time includes introductions, presentations, lead exchanges, business announcements and a social period to network with the members of the group. All four of the Chambers' Leads Groups are non-competing, making the group a tremendous resource for any business.

The Red Carpet Committee is comprised of nearly 50 members who act as Ambassadors when welcoming newer members into the Chamber. Red Carpet Receptions take place each Tuesday and Thursday morning from 9-10 a.m., usually at the place of business of the recipient. The Red Carpet Committee is a great way to meet other members and learn about the different kinds of businesses found in Fort Collins.
