| Feel confident that the Fort
Collins Area Chamber of Commerce is your trusted partner
for aggressive
lobbying of local and state business issues.
NCLA
We created one of the country’s only
chamber-affiliated lobbying groups – the Northern
Colorado Legislative Alliance (NCLA) – to
make sure that Northern Colorado business has a voice in
government. NCLA is the united lobbying effort of the Fort
Collins, Greeley/Weld
and Loveland Chambers of Commerce and works each year to
reflect Northern Colorado businesses top concerns. During
the 2003
Legislative Session, the NCLAs Legislative Priority Agenda
focused on the economy, water, health care and corporate
accountability.
LLAC
Focusing locally, the Fort Collins Area Chamber
of Commerce is home to the Local
Legislative Affairs Committee (LLAC),
the supervisory board that oversees business-focused political
advocacy for the Fort Collins area. LLACs mission is to
collaborate with public and private stakeholders to create
a favorable
environment for business thereby enhancing the quality
of life of the entire community.
Your Fort Collins Area Chamber
of Commerce is a strong business advocate. By providing
resources and monitoring
legislation,
the Chamber is enhancing the economic climate in Northern
Colorado.
